Sonnetarium's Fresh Collection

Greetings, dear readers!  I have been dying to share these swatches with you, but I wanted to be good and wait until it got closer to the release date to do so.  That was so much harder than I thought it would be!  Check out these two polishes from Sonnetarium's new Fresh collection scheduled to be released this Friday!
Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberry Smoothie is described as "a smooth introduction to glitter polishes for the lady who loves cremes and shimmers.  A strawberry pink base loaded with miniscule glitters of many different sizes and colors."  I used three coats of polish and one coat of top coat for these photos.

Pinks have suddenly started growing on me recently, and Strawberry Smoothie the perfect addition to any pink collector's collection.  The application was smooth, and my nails were pretty smooth even prior to adding top coat.  The glitters dispersed nicely over the nails during application and dry time was quick for me.  Of course I started craving smoothies almost immediately after I received this polish in the mail, and you may find yourself having to resist the urge to nibble on your nails a little bit.  I can assure you, dear readers, that it does NOT taste like a strawberry smoothie, but it certainly is a beauty!

Blueberry Yogurt
Blueberry Yogurt is described as "a handmade-yogurty purple base with a dash of gorgeous violet shimmer, filled with blueberry hexes", and this was a favorite at my house.  My husband rarely comments on my nails unless I ask his opinion on something, but this was one he noticed without any direction from me.  He absolutely loved this polish, and who can blame him?  It's gorgeous!  I had no issues with the glitters during application- they also dispersed nicely and they did all lay flat on my nails.  This polish certainly does look like its namesake, and Michelle really hit this one out of the park for me!  I used three coats of polish and one coat of top coat for these photos.

Final Thoughts
I've always been pleased with the polishes made by Sonnetarium, and these are no exception!  Both polishes are beautiful and perfect for Spring.  This collection is deliciously fresh (haha), and I love that Michelle is doing something a little different than true pastels for the season.  I am eager to get my hands on the remaining polishes from the collection, as described below:

Raspberry Sorbet - Deep as the most luscious raspberry ice; an opaque base filled with bright copper and golden flecks.

Banana Pudding - A creamy yellow base with a glint of pale yellow hexes in various sizes, with a subtle iridescent shimmer.  To easily achieve even opacity, Banana Pudding should be layered over a white or pale colored base.

Cucumber Salad - The epitome of fresh.  A creamy pale green base with a subtle green shimmer- filled with white and green hexes.
