NerdLacquer Gotterdämmerung Swatches and Review

Good afternoon, dear readers! I have a short post today, and I wanted to share my photos of NerdLacquer Gotterdämmerung from the Opera Trio.
Gotterdämmerung is a sly little vixen. As you can see, it has a little bit of purple to blue shift in addition to the gorgeous glitters. I had a hard time capturing it, but I was able to manage it with the bottle-less photo!

As for formula, I have to admit I was very disappointed. In spite of adding several drops of thinner, this polish got very goopy when I tried to apply it to my nails in spite of seeming thin enough on the brush. Perhaps it just objected to the heat here and applies better in cooler climates? I have sent my bottle to a friend further north and she will let me know how it applies for her. I'm all about experimenting here!

I used two rather thick coats (not by choice) of polish followed with Glisten & Glow's HK Girl top coat to smooth it out. In spite of having some issues, I cannot deny that this polish is pretty!

NerdLacquer polishes can be purchased from the NerdLacquer siteHarlow and Co., and Ninja Polish. These babies sell FAST so you do have to be on your game and have Lady Luck on your side if you want to snag them. I almost didn't write this post because they are so hard to find, but I thought you might want to see swatch photos in the end afterall.

What do you think? Are you eager for the next NerdLacquer restock?

Have a great day!
