DIFFERENT dimension Spooky Spooky Halloween Collection

Good morning, dear readers! I hope this post finds you well and you have been having a wonderful week thus far. For today's blog post, I have the new Limited Edition Spooky Spooky collection that the lovely Missi of DIFFERENT dimension is releasing for Halloween. Halloween is my favorite holiday, and I look forward to it every year. I was thrilled to learn that Missi had created a Halloween collection in addition to a fall collection that I will be showing you soon! Let's get to some pictures!

Dragula
Textured
With HK Girl Topcoat
Dragula is an orange jelly based texture polish with black and orange holographic glitters throughout. Opaque in 2 to 3 coats- can also use topcoat for extra sparkle and shine.

The song may be 16 years old (yikes!), but it still makes me roar a fierce YEAH! The name is so fitting for this awesome textured polish, and it is, by far, my favorite textured polish ever. I think all I need to do is add spikes and I'll have the most bad@$$ nails for Halloween this year! I used two easy coats of polish for the top photos and added topcoat for the bottom photos. To help make removal a little easier, I applied it over a layer of watered down glue so it would peel off easily for me. Dragula is the most unique polish I've seen for Halloween, and it is definitely a must have!

Thriller
Thriller is a dark violet jelly polish with added shimmer. Opaque in 2 to 3 coats.

Another fabulous shade names for an awesome song! The base colour alone is beautiful, but the additional shimmer makes it glow. Not in the dark, of course, but it does add a gorgeous depth to the polish. I may be wearing this one every day on my toes all next month! I used three coats of this polish for these photos. It applied so nicely for me!

Werewolves of London
Indoor Lighting
Outside in the Sun
Werewolves of London is a holographic orange polish. Opaque in 2 to 3 coats.

Werewolves of London is only the most perfect pumpkin orange holo polish is existence. I love a lot of different polish colours, but there is something about orange that makes me so happy. I squealed out loud when Missi told me she had made an orange polish for her Halloween collection, and she certainly created one beautiful shade! I used three flawless coats for these photos.

Monster Mash
Layered over Werewolves of London
Monster Mash is Missi's personal definition of the perfect Halloween glitter topper- orange, black, and white glitters in a variety of shapes and sizes with holographic shimmer.

I like that Missi created a glitter topper to go with this collection! Even though removal isn't the easiest, I still love glitters, and this one is perfect for Halloween. The assortment of shapes is fun without going overboard and becoming too crazy. I didn't have to fish for glitters, and they spread out nicely over my nails. I used about a coat for my middle, index, and pinky fingers, and I used two for my ring finger. I then smoothed my nails out by adding HK Girl topcoat for these pictures.

Ghostbusters
Ghostbusters is a light neon orange crelly with iridescent glitters. Glows orange in the dark, can be intensified by layering polish over white. Opaque in 2 to 3 coats. May require an extra coat of topcoat.

Ugh, my camera just could not handle the awesomeness of Ghostbusters! The colour of the polish is pulling slightly more yellow in these pictures than it does in real life, particularly in the brighter areas where the iridescent glitters blew its mind. The camera did weird things with my skin tone, but let's ignore that and focus on how incredible this colour is! It is magic in a bottle! It glows a pretty orange shade, as you can see in the last photo. I'm still working on getting good glow in the dark images, so I apologize for the graininess! I used two coats of Ghostbusters over Zoya Purity (white). I topped it off with two coats of topcoat to smooth my nails.

The Spooky Spooky collection is awesome, and I cannot pick a single favorite. Each shade is perfect for it's own reason, and I love that Missi included a variety of finishes; there truly is a polish for everyone in this collection!

Cuticle Oil
Candy Corn
While not exactly part of the Spooky Spooky Collection, I wanted to share the new Candy Corn cuticle oil that will also be launching September 26th. I am in love with Missi's cuticle oils, and I really like this style of bottle. The dropper is perfect for putting a little oil under the free edge of your nails, and her oils have kept my nails from drying out with all the swatching and nail art I've been doing recently. Other seasonal scents being released include Pumpkin Caramel Latte, Cake Batter, Candy Apple, and Pumpkin Cheesecake. YUM!

The Spooky Spooky Collection launches this Friday, September 26th at 9pm EST. This particular collection is limited edition, and it will only be available until the end of October. Missi has closed down her etsy shop, and you can now shop with her on her new shop over here! At the time of this post, Missi is still finishing up the new site, but it should be live soon. Be sure to follow DIFFERENT dimension on Facebook and Instagram for shop announcements and lots more photos!

Is there a favorite polish from this collection you are excited about? Did you make it through this post without singing any of these songs, at least in your head? I'd love to hear from you!

Until next time, dear readers, have a wonderful day! XO!
