Happy Friday, dear readers! I hope you have something fun planned for the weekend! I actually don't have a single thing planned and am looking forward to just going with the flow. My oldest child is currently sick so that definitely makes it harder to plan too far ahead, but I'm hoping he feels better soon so we can do some fun family activities. Now on to today's blog post!
I received this cute stamping plate from Born Pretty Store, and I was definitely eager to test it out! While I was initially tempted to create a mermaid look, I decided to go a different direction for another fun look. Check it out!
The wavy lines with circles was just too cute to pass up and it begged to be placed in the center of my nails. This stamped so easily for me! The design was nicely etched into the plate so I was able to quick place polish and pick up the image from just the first try. After dealing with the occasional plates that sometimes requires five or more attempts to get one image, I can definitely appreciate when a plate makes it easy for me!
I started off the look with Multichrome Madness Facebook group custom Rhapsody in Blue by ellagee. I then used Rica Whiteout to stamp the image onto my nails. I finished off the look by adding a few simple silver round studs in a few of the circles before topping my nails off with top coat.
I really like this design! It's fun and cute and totally my kind of nail art look!
