Polished for days: Holiday Collection

Good afternoon, dear readers, and happy Monday! Last week was a little slow for me on the blogging front as my toddler was sick early in the week, and I predictably got sick myself a few days later. Thankfully it didn't hit us too hard and I'm feeling much better now. Now to today's blog post!

I have a collection from a new-to-me brand I am eager to share with you. Let's check it out!
I just love this cute and festive wrapping!

The Polished for days Holiday Collection consists of six lacquers. I also included the holiday vinyl sheet in the photo above. I am so eager to share the details on these drool-worthy shades so I'm going to skip the chit chat and jump straight into the swatches. Ready? Let's do this!

Very Berry Christmas
Magenta/Red linear holographic with green UCC flakes

Are you drooling over this beauty yet? I know I certainly am! While I admittedly have a soft spot for berry shades, this colour is so pretty that I am convinced everyone needs it! This is a stunner, and one you need on your nails this holiday season! The formula was fantastic, and I used two coats plus top coat for these photos.

Candy Cane Lane
Silver holographic micro glitter with red and white metallic and matte glitters

If Candy Cane Lane can't put you in a festive mood, nothing will! It's not the most flattering against my skin tone, but it is too darn pretty for me to care! The formula was great and easy to work with; those glitters spread out nicely for me! I used three coats plus top coat for these photos. Alternately, you could use this as a densely glitter-packed topper if you wanted as well.

Nose So Bright
Magenta/red jelly base with sterling silver flakes and holographic glitters

While you really can't go wrong with any of the dazzling shades from this collection, Nose So Bright is my personal favorite. Just looking at these pictures makes me all warm and giddy inside, and I'm at a loss at finding the words to describe just how much I love this polish. The formula of this beauty was flawless, and I used two coats plus top coat for these photos.

Son of a Nutcracker
Bronze metallic linear holographic with sterling silver flakes and scattered holographic

Just the name of Son of a Nutcracker makes me giggle! It is also a fabulous shade for those of you that aren't too keen on the more common gold and silver shades that have come out from other brands this season. I love seeing something a little different, and it's a stunning polish! The formula was great; I have no issues to report with this beauty. I used two coats plus top coat for these photos.

No Peeking!
Bright pine green base with holographic silver micro glitters and a strong green iridescent shimmer

I may have been guilty of this when I was little. I no longer even think about peeking at any gifts, but I am always super excited about giving gifts to people. I can easily wait to open my own, but ask me to wait for someone to open theirs and I'm ready to pounce the moment they say they are ready to open. As for the polish, these photos just don't do it justice. It is such a gorgeous shade of green! The formula was great like the other shades in the collection, and I used two coats plus top coat for these photos.

Better Not Pout
Red, green, and silver holographic micro glitter with green UCC flakes

Oh  man, after the way my toddler behaved when he saw Santa this weekend at the mall, he better pout because Santa won't be coming to this house! Just kidding; well sort of. He was a little terror, but Santa Momma loves him and his baby brother so there will still be presents. As for the polish, this definitely screams Christmas! It's a beautiful way to enjoy traditional Christmas colours. I'd definitely thinking of some fun nail art ideas with this baby! The formula was great and easy to work with; I used three coats plus top coat for these photos.

I am dazzled by every single polish in this collection! Each of these nail lacquers are stunning in their own way, and I am so glad I decided to give this brand a try! Not only did I love the colours, I really liked the formula. I can't wait to try some more!

These polishes are currently available by the Polished for days shop here. You definitely want to get your hands on these beauties!

Until next time, dear readers, have a wonderful day!
XO!
