Valentine's Stamping with Born Pretty Store

Press Sample

Happy Friday! It is Friday, right? I generally don't make so many posts in a week like I have been recently, and it is really throwing me off. Well, that and my baby suddenly missing me SOOOO much at night he keeps waking me up. It is exhausting, but sweet, and I am taking it all in stride because I know one day far too soon he won't be needing his mama quite so much. *sniff*

Since I'm clearly in a sentimental mood due in part to sleep deprivation, I had to create a super lovey nail art look with Valentine's Day coming up! I received this beautiful pink stamping polish from Born Pretty Store to test out so naturally I had to break it out to use in a heart mani!
This is stamping polish #21, and it can be found on the Born Pretty Store website here.

I hope you're ready for a sweet and loving manicure! Check this out!

It apparently bothers me to have 100% matching nails as I always seem to have an accent nail. Haha!
To create this look, I started off with base shades Girly Bits Cosmetics I Invented Pink Post-Its and Zoya Jacqueline. On my accent finger I swirled Jacqueline into a second coat of I Invented Pink Post-Its. On my remaining nails, I used this stamping polish from Born Pretty Store with the heart and vine image from LeaLac stamping plate LLC-B. I then topped my nails off with top coat, hence the touch of smearing. Sorry about that!
I really enjoyed working with this stamping polish! It is thick and opaque enough to be seen easily, and it worked really nicely with my stamping plate and stamper. It's a beautiful shade, and best of all, it didn't have a particularly strong smell. If you are looking for a darker rose pink stamping polish, I think you'll love this one!

You can pick it up at the Born Pretty Store here, and don't forget, you can save 10% off full-priced items with discount code QWL91.

Until next time, dear readers, have a wonderful day!
XO!
