The Indie Shop: The Parisian Nights Shopping Experience

Greetings, dear readers! As you already know, I had the pleasure of attending the Paris-themed Indie Shop in Torrance, California on Saturday. I made it a day trip and flew down to Los Angeles first thing in the morning and returned later that night. Needless to say, I needed a little down time yesterday to recharge from the day, but I am eager to share some of the photos with you! Let's jump on in! Up first is Envy Lacquer, the host of the event.

Envy Lacquer
The gorgeous red shade is Moulin Rouge and the Envy Lacquer event exclusive.
The beautiful topper, Shattered Rainbow, was available for purchase at a great price!

Most of the brands incorporated the Parisian theme into their displays! Such an easy touch made a huge impact on the display.
Ever After had bonbons on their table, and they were very delicious! They were perfect for the extra sugar rush needed to keep going throughout the day!

Yvette made this beautiful pink banner using different Parisian-themes fabrics. As a crafter, I certainly loved it!
The pocket sized version of the Eiffel Tower, aka the Bliss Polish event exclusive!

On display at the Colors by Llarowe table was the newest holiday collection, also available for purchase by attendees!
Swatch wheels to test out polish consistency and get a closer look at the colours.

Ashlie brought her love of peacocks and mythology to her booth.
The Golden Rule Duo is a collaborative duo between IAMCCC and Joy Lacquer; the duo was available for purchase at the IAMCCC table.

Joy Lacquer
Joy brought her two charity shades for Crystal's Charity Lacquers. A portion of the sales of these polishes are being donated to Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Lavish Polish
Lavish Polish is giving Versailles' Hall of Mirrors some serious competition with this fabulous event exclusive!
Lavish was one of the brands that brought holiday collections that have not yet officially launched on their websites for attendees to purchase early.

Nvr Enuff Polish
The Nvr Enuff table cannot be complete without unicorns present!
There were several mystery prototypes available for purchase, and these sold out quickly! There was a swatch wheel available so shoppers could get a glimpse of the surprise hiding within the tissue-wrapped parcels.

Polish M
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Polish 'M also had their holiday collection available early for purchase.

Stached Polish
Stached showing off their glitzy mustaches!
La Femme was the Stached Polish Indie Shop exclusive.

Painted Polish
Painted Polish made sure your Parisian Nights were filled with glitzy polishes with their beautiful trio.

Sea Lore Polish
Every mermaid needs their crown to match their nails, and Sea Lore made sure to provide!

Squishy Face Polish
A line up of all the beautiful Squishy Faced Polishes available for purchase at the show!

Midnight in Paris was the Poetry Cowgirl event exclusive.
You know when you see something that scrams a brand loudly? The Parisian banner here fits the Poetry Cowgirl look so perfectly!

Bad Bitch Polish
City of Lights was the Bad Bitch Polish Indie Shop exclusive.

Lolita Lacquer
For when you want a little extra pampering, Lolita Lacquer was happy to deliver!
Lolita Lacquer also had the newest mani bombs for the holidays available for purchase. These will be launching on the site soon, but attendees got to grab their first.

Nails Redesigned
Vinyls? Check! Stamping plates? Check! And that was just the start of the items from Nails Redesigned!
Making sure those cuticles are getting some pampering with delicious scents.
Acetone is harsh and smells awful. Thankfully Nails Redesigned were able to provide their additive to make it a little less harsh on your skin!

Girly Bits Cosmetics
You guys, I was next to the Girly Bits a good bit of the time, and I never got a single photo! Blogger failure, I know, so please enjoy these shots courtesy of Jen from My Nail Polish Obsession.
You can visit Jen's site here to view more photos from the show and read about her experience there.

Attendees were able to get their "passports" stamped buy the different brands when they bought the event exclusives and limited edition shades.

Here is a photo of the lovely ladies selling at the event before the mad dash of the VIPs charging the tables.

The inDie Shop is such a fun event to attend to meet up with old friends and make new ones, and while I cannot speak for everyone, I've found that I always end up missing things!

The next Indie Shop is scheduled March 11th in Atlanta, Georgia. You can join the Indie Shop Facebook group here for details on the upcoming events as well as interact with makers, fans, and check out haul photos from this past weekend.

Until next time, dear readers, have a wonderful night!
XO!

WOW, it really lovely to see all the photos of all the wonderful polishes and i liked the Paris theme...seems like this year Paris was the fashion here in South Africa, because it didn't matter where i looked i would see the Eiffle Tower on Ornaments and even on Dinner service set.
